The minds at MIT are studying the power of the sneeze. By looking at slow motion video of a sneeze they've been able to determine its trajectory and found out that it can reach speeds of 100mph (miles per hour) which stay airborne for quiet a bit.
So image you are on a train car or bus traveling somewhere. the person close to you sneezes. Since you are in a close compartment its pretty safe to say everyone will get some of the effect from the sneeze in the air we breathe.
